Dr. Joni J. Johnson, Founder and Medical Director
Pediatric Partners for Attention & Learning, Inc. (PP4AL) provides "non-traditional", multi-disciplinary services to children, adolescents, and adults with ADHD, Autism and other learning disabilities. Our mission is to help individuals reach their fullest potential academically, socially and in life by bridging the gap between medical, behavioral health and educational services. We joined NVBCC because we hope our membership will amplify PP4AL's community presence. Everyone needs to know that individuals with learning or behavioral difficulties can receive compassionate care that makes a difference.

Dr. Joni created a clinic for military families with children who have ADHD, Autism and other learning disabilities at Walter Reed Army Medical Center. Sensing a need for a clinic for civilian families, Dr. Joni opened PP4AL in November of 2012. Many patients who struggle with ADHD and Autism lose hope. PP4AL staff members specialize in bringing back the shine to children and adult's lives. PP4AL prides itself on providing all services under one roof to streamline access to care for families and minimize academic interruption. The friendly attentive staff radiate support for PP4AL clients as they learn that they are not their diagnosis. We help PP4AL clients to embrace their special "powers" that make them exceptionally different and our "Super Heroes".

On the horizon, PP4AL will open its first satellite office on September 15th in Great Falls, Virginia. Additionally, on September 6th at Mountain View High School, PP4AL plans to increase their participation in the Stafford area and surrounding community by co-sponsoring our 1st Annual Back to School Community Block Party in association with PrismPotential, our non-profit arm (www.PrismPotential.org).
